1978
Creation of LOIRE POLYESTER by Gérard Perrault and André Richard (subcontractor of UNIT Industrie in Derval) with the manufacture of boat hulls in glass fibre reinforced resin
1981
Creation of ALTOR following the takeover of UNIT Industrie and LOIRE POLYESTER - Diversification of the business: manufacture of pods for the construction sector.
From 1987
ALTOR Industrie supplies the largest hotel groups throughout the world
1997
Takeover of ALTOR by the FENWAY group and closure of the Derval site.
2002
Expansion of the production building 4,000 m2 with the establishment of the production lines and the machining centre.
